Duane Shover, Business Coach

Prior to 2006, when Duane started his work as a Louisville business coach, he successfully operated, “turned around”, bought, started up, owned, grew and/or sold multiple businesses.

With experience in both corporate  leadership and small business ownership, Duane applies personal experience, best practices and a spirited, no-nonsense, results-oriented approach to help clients develop the strategies and accountability necessary to achieve their goals. As those who know him and/or have worked with Duane will attest, coaching to help others achieve their potential is his true passion. During the day, he focuses on coaching business owners, and outside of work, he has 15 years of  fast-pitch softball coaching experience with Louisville area high schools and travel team organizations.
